The suspect, aka ‘Ibro’, was arrested in Randan Ruwa Bosso, in Bosso Local Government Area, LGA, of the state where the incident occurred. The Niger Child Rights Protection Agency has arrested a 20-year-old man, identified as Ibrahim for alleged sexual harassment of two minors in the state.
